Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Personalized/custom tote bags are not eligible for return.
  • To request a return, email crustytotes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.
  • For all other reasons, return shipping will be at your expense.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method or via UPI/Bank transfer for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the item reaches us.
